Overview
The Senior Analyst, Paid Social is responsible for leading the success of client-paid social media campaigns by providing thoughtful leadership on campaign strategies and optimization, building strong relationships, and establishing clear lines of communication with clients, partners, and internal staff members. Responsibilities
Use analytical and problem-solving capabilities to ensure flawless campaign execution to meet and exceed stated client objectives
Direct bid strategy, campaign optimizations, and reporting for paid social media campaigns
Oversee budgets and flighting for all self-service platforms
Manage rate tracking, benchmarking, planning costs, and overall budget for client accounts
Forecast around audits and campaign analytics
Assist the Manager and greater team with overall strategy and recommendations
Serve as a mentor to Analysts and available for ad hoc questions and training
Qualifications
1-2 years of paid social media experience required
Demonstrated experience buying and planning across multiple platforms including Facebook, X, Reddit, Snapchat, TikTok, Yelp, Uber Eats, Doordash, Instagram, and Pinterest
Experience working in a client-facing capacity
Experience using paid media to complement earned media campaigns and meet business objectives
Proficiency in MS Office with specific strengths in Excel and PowerPoint
Able to work independently and balance multiple tasks
Genuine interest in the digital media space and enjoys staying up-to-date on industry trends

This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
