Collaborate closely with product managers, business analysts, and UX/UI designers to understand business requirements, user stories, and functional specifications. Translate these into feasible and optimal technical designs for React Native applications.
Define and communicate clear architectural patterns, design principles, and coding standards for React Native projects, ensuring consistency, scalability, and maintainability across the mobile portfolio.
Contribute to the strategic planning and technical roadmap for mobile development, identifying emerging technologies and industry best practices that can enhance our products and processes.
Effectively communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders, ensuring alignment between business needs and technical capabilities.
Understand the core business problems our applications solve and leverage React Native’s capabilities to deliver efficient and effective solutions.
Serve as a hands-on expert in React Native development, demonstrating proficiency in all aspects of the framework, including component lifecycle, state management, navigation, and performance optimization.
Establish and enforce rigorous coding standards, conduct thorough code reviews, and promote clean, testable, and maintainable code practices.
Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks, memory leaks, and other technical issues to ensure high-performance, responsive, and stable mobile applications.
Design and implement robust integrations with RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and other backend services.
Advocate for and implement comprehensive testing strategies (unit, integration, E2E) and contribute to continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines for mobile applications.
Expertise with modern development tools, build systems, debugging techniques, and the broader React Native ecosystem.
Mentor junior and mid-level developers, providing technical guidance, conducting workshops, and fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
Act as the go-to person for diagnosing and resolving complex technical issues and production incidents.
Skills & Experience
Bachelor s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or equivalent practical experience. 7 years of experience in mobile application development, with a focus on React Native. Strong expertise in JavaScript, TypeScript, and modern front-end development practices. Experience with integrating third-party APIs and libraries. Strong understanding of mobile UI/UX principles, responsive design, and accessibility. Solid understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies. Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills. Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders. Proven track record of leading technical initiatives or mentoring development teams. Experience with testing frameworks (e.g., React Testing Library, Appium) is a plus Must Have Skills
