The Knowledge Management Specialist role works to drive adoption and impact of the enterprise knowledge platform. They will do this by curating high-quality content, engaging the user community, and enabling knowledge transfer through structured change management and training. Ensuring business units actively use the platform to capture, share, and apply knowledge. Responsibilities

Maintain, validate, tag knowledge assets. Generate and implement ideas that will help continuously improve the knowledge sharing program and its KPIs. Conduct quarterly KPI/progress reviews with leaders; support at least two cross-functional KM initiatives annually. Develop and publish regular communication to and from the platform with companywide stakeholders; work closely with the Marketing and Communications department to spearhead general promotions and communication campaign Design and implement change management plans for major enhancements, issue timely communications for all platform updates; Lead the design, development, and deployment of KS related trainings and material as needed. Monitor and resolve network issues within; complete quarterly network health checks and analyze to solve problems and launch improved functionality. Collaborate on an on-going basis with end users, internal stakeholders and KS IT Systems programmer(s) and team. Capabilities

Strong skills in knowledge management practices, content governance, and taxonomy design. Demonstrated experience in community engagement and change management communications. Ability to train leaders and SMEs; confident facilitator with cross-functional teams. Analytical mindset; able to track, interpret, and report KPIs to business stakeholders. High accountability and follow-through; able to manage multiple initiatives with tight deadlines. Leadership and high-level communication. The ability to build relationships with leaders and establish rapport with a network throughout the company and its stakeholders. Preferred Qualifications
