Undergraduate or master’s degree in a technical field like Computer Science, Econometrics, Mathematics, Engineering, or related field At least 2 to 5 years of related work experience in banking, capital markets, insurance, or asset management domain Good communication (verbal and written) with the ability to effectively advocate technical solutions and results to technology and business audiences at all levels and disciplines within EY and client organizations Experience working independently and under time constraints to deliver results by deadlines Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Experience with client-facing activities such as requirements gathering, facilitating meetings, presentation creation, and client-ready deliverables Proven track record of meeting deadlines and providing reporting and business recommendations Good leadership and teaming skills Strong organizational and time-management skills Ability to learn quickly and adapt to change Willingness and ability to travel to meet client needs; travel estimated at 60% Valid Passport AI Specific

Ability to understand business challenges and translate them into value-add analytics and insights solutions Experience designing, building, and maintaining production-grade ML and DL models, workflows and pipelines Exploration of new techniques beyond day-to-day duties Helping clients make data-driven decisions by working with structured and unstructured data sets and building predictive models Machine learning and data structure design, development, and architecture Building and applying data analysis algorithms (data mining, statistics, machine learning, NLP, RNNs, CNNs, etc.) Designing, architecting and developing solutions leveraging big data tech (Hadoop, Cassandra, Spark, Neo4j) to ingest, process and analyze large data sets Quantifying business improvement from optimization techniques via analytics or statistical modeling Experience with Neural Network architectures in NLP, CV, ML, and/or RL Collaborate with data scientists to map data fields to hypotheses and prepare data for models Understanding of Python and ML libraries (scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, statsmodels, etc.) Experience with Big Data & cloud tools (Hadoop, MongoDB, Neo4j, Spark, Hive, HBase, Cassandra, etc.) Proficiency with cloud AI services and ML platforms (AWS SageMaker, Google AI Platform, Azure ML) Experience with cloud data warehouses (Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift, Azure Synapse) Familiarity with serverless architectures and cloud functions Knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes for deploying AI apps in the cloud Expertise in generative AI models (GANs, VAEs, Transformers) for synthetic data, text, images, etc. Ability to use cloud GPUs/TPUs for training complex models Understanding of ethical implications of generative AI and commitment to responsible AI practices Ideally, you’ll also have
