Role Overview
Step into the role of a Esprit Edge CNC Developer. Here, you’ll develop and enhance part programs, creatively engaging with lathe programming featuring live tooling. Operating within a high-mix, low-volume space, where projects usually range from 1 to 5 components, your input is crucial for our ongoing expansion and stellar craftsmanship.
Work Hours
Typical shift: 6:00 AM — 2:30 PM, with many starting at 4 AM for overtime

Key Duties
Precision programming of lathes and mills using Esprit Edge Analyzing blueprints and technical documents Tool, fixture, and cutting parameter selection Improvement of programs for optimal performance and tool longevity
Required Expertise
Over a decade of programming experience, preferably with Esprit Edge Proficiency in lathe programming with live tooling and 3-axis mills (5-axis is advantageous) A robust foundation in tool technology and options Fluency in G-code (Fanuc Macro B knowledge is beneficial)
