Senior Business Systems Analyst

opportunity based out of Waltham, MA. Job Summary
The Senior Business Systems Analyst will join our IT Program Management team, drive innovation and long-term scalability within our internal business systems. This critical role will pioneer the ongoing development, governance, and optimization of Salesforce Sales & Service Cloud, enabling a seamless and impactful experience for both customers and internal users. The role will own end-to-end responsibility for gathering and translating business requirements, identifying system enhancements, designing enterprise-level scalable solutions, and influencing cross-functional roadmaps and priorities. The role serves as a strategic partner to many teams, bridging the gap between business needs and technical execution to drive impactful change and results. Duties and Responsibilities
Manage the discovery, documentation, and continual refinement of business and system requirements at scale. Partner with senior stakeholders to shape and align technology strategy with business goals. Act as a primary liaison and thought partner between technical teams and business leaders to ensure solutions drive long-term value. Translate business needs into clear user stories and acceptance criteria to guide our agile development teams. Facilitate and sometimes drive agile ceremonies across multiple teams, ensuring strategic alignment, backlog prioritization, and stakeholder buy-in. Propose innovative best practices, automation, and advanced Salesforce capabilities to drive efficiency and business transformation. Oversee and drive User Acceptance Testing (UAT) at scale, ensuring quality delivery and stakeholder satisfaction. Maintain and enhance documentation & SOPs with a focus on sustainability and knowledge-sharing across teams. Promote change management efforts, including global release planning, executive-level communication, training strategies, and adoption measurement. Stay current with Salesforce releases and evaluate, recommend, and manage adoption of relevant features to deliver strategic business value. Other duties as assigned and required. Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field. 5-7+ years of progressive hands-on experience with Salesforce, with a deep focus on Sales & Service Cloud. Proven working knowledge of Flows, Case Management, Omni-Channel, Knowledge Articles, and Experience Site configuration. Experience applying business systems analysis skills to other enterprise applications beyond Salesforce (e.g., ERP, HRIS, or Marketing Automation platforms). Familiarity with technologies that integrate into the Salesforce ecosystem (e.g., middleware/integration platforms, data management tools, or third-party AppExchange solutions). Proven ability to translate complex business requirements into enterprise-grade, scalable, and user-friendly solutions. Sound knowledge of agile methodologies with demonstrated leadership in backlog management, prioritization, and roadmap delivery. Ability to facilitate and drive requirements sessions at the executive level and engage effectively with stakeholders across the organization. Salesforce Service Cloud or Business Analyst Certification preferred; Admin certification a plus! Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and documentation skills. Methodical and problem-solving mindset with a proven track record of delivering measurable, customer-centric business outcomes. This position offers a total compensation range of
$144,800.00
to
$154,800.00
