Electronic Technician – Aerospace, Defense, and Industrial Systems Direct Hire Location: munford, AL - Relocation assistance available We are seeking a
highly skilled Electronic Technician
with a strong foundation in
electronics testing ,
diagnostics , and
electronic repair . A
military background
in
avionics ,
radar systems , or
defense electronics
is highly desirable. In this role, you will be responsible for
troubleshooting ,
repairing , and
calibrating
advanced
electronic systems
and
electronic test equipment
used across
aerospace ,
defense , and
industrial applications . Key Responsibilities
Perform
diagnostics ,
fault isolation , and
troubleshooting
of
electronic circuits ,
electronic assemblies , and
test systems .
Conduct
preventive maintenance ,
functional testing , and
calibration
of
electronic test equipment
including
oscilloscopes ,
spectrum analyzers , and
signal generators .
Interpret
schematics ,
wiring diagrams , and
technical manuals
to identify and resolve system malfunctions.
Provide
technical support
to
R&D ,
production , and
field service teams .
Maintain detailed
repair logs ,
calibration records , and
test documentation
in accordance with
industry standards
and
compliance regulations .
Required Qualifications
Associate’s degree
or equivalent training in
Electronics Technology ,
Electrical Engineering , or a related technical field.
Proven experience in
electronic diagnostics ,
component-level troubleshooting , and
circuit board repair .
Hands-on experience with
RF systems ,
analog circuits ,
digital electronics , and
electronic instrumentation .
Proficiency in using
oscilloscopes ,
spectrum analyzers ,
signal generators , and other
precision test instruments .
Ability to read and interpret
electrical schematics ,
technical drawings , and
military standards (MIL-STD)
documentation.
Strong
analytical skills ,
attention to detail , and a
problem-solving mindset .
Experience
Prior service as a
Military Electronic Technician ,
Avionics Technician ,
Radar Technician , or
Communications Equipment Specialist .
Experience with
defense electronics ,
test stations , and
calibration procedures
in a
military
or
aerospace environment .
Working knowledge of
aerospace quality requirements
and
military standards (MIL-STD) .
