At Northland, our Information Technology (IT) team is at the forefront of supporting a global workforce with exceptional technical service and secure, cloud-enabled solutions. We’re looking for a Senior IT Manager to lead global IT operations, oversee infrastructure and applications, and guide our IT Help Desk teams to success. This is a leadership role with global reach, shaping our IT strategy and ensuring our systems remain secure, compliant, and scalable. You’ll mentor and manage IT teams, partner with departments across the organization, and drive forward initiatives that directly impact our international business goals. What You’ll Do

Leadership & Strategy Oversee Northland’s global IT infrastructure, applications, and Help Desk operations. Lead IT strategy development and implementation, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. Manage budgets, forecast expenditures, and oversee capital/operating expenses. Develop business continuity and disaster recovery protocols. Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external vendors. Infrastructure & Security Monitor IT system performance, productivity, and upgrade needs. Ensure enterprise-wide cybersecurity, including audits, investigations, and proactive risk management. Manage cloud environments (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and ERP integrations. Drive adoption of “Zero Trust” principles, GDPR compliance, and best practices in data privacy. Compliance Lead and maintain ISO 27001 compliance programs, including risk assessments, audits, and certification processes. Maintain documentation and liaise with external auditors. Implement corrective actions to ensure continuous compliance. People Management Lead and mentor IT team members, fostering career growth and professional development. Provide clear direction and resolve conflicts across departments related to IT services. Unite and inspire global IT teams toward shared goals. Required Qualifications What We’re Looking For Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field. 8–10 years of experience managing international IT operations. 8+ years of proven leadership in a managerial role. Hands-on expertise with: Microsoft enterprise systems (Active Directory, Windows Server, O365, Azure AD, SharePoint, Teams, Intune) Unified Endpoint Management (Workspace ONE, Intune/Endpoint Manager). IAM/MFA/SSO solutions (ADFS, Okta, Duo). UCaaS/VoIP solutions (RingCentral, Teams, Zoom). Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud). Network architecture, including firewall, Wi-Fi, and switch configuration (Meraki preferred). Vulnerability scanning/patch management (Qualys). ERP systems (SAP, NetSuite). Virtualization (VMware vSphere or equivalent). Ticketing systems (Zendesk, Jira). Preferred Qualifications Information Security certification (CISM, CISSP, or equivalent). Familiarity with GDPR and data governance in Office 365 environments. Why Join Us?

Work Environment: Office-based with occasional travel. Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 25 lbs unassisted. Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours per week.
