Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Microsoft O365 Administrator to join our IT Collaboration team. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in managing and supporting Microsoft 365 environments, with a strong background in Active Directory, Entra ID (formerly Azure AD), AAD Connect, and Exchange Online. This role will be instrumental in resolving mail flow delivery issues, working with Compliance and security teams to review our existing security offerings, and leveraging Microsoft Purview for compliance and troubleshooting when needed. What You'll Do

Administer and maintain Microsoft 365 services including AAD Connect, Exchange Online, and Purview Troubleshoot Active Directory / Entra users including sync or identity issues Oversee AAD Connect synchronization and resolve related issues Monitor and troubleshoot mail flow and delivery issues using Exchange tools and Microsoft Purview Partner with Security and Compliance to understand our policies using Microsoft Purview Collaborate with internal teams to support user access, permissions, and identity management Provide Tier 3 support for escalated issues related to Microsoft 365 services Document processes, configurations, and troubleshooting steps What You'll Bring To Zelis

5+ years of experience in Microsoft 365 administration Strong hands-on experience with Active Directory and Entra ID Proficiency in managing AAD Connect and resolving sync issues Solid understanding of Exchange Online mail flow and delivery troubleshooting Experience using Microsoft Purview for compliance and message trace Familiarity with PowerShell scripting for automation and reporting Excellent problem-solving and communication skills Please note

In-office work and activities, if applicable, vary based on the work and team objectives in accordance with Company policies. Base Salary Range

$95,000.00 - $127,000.00 Zelis’ full-time associates are eligible for a highly competitive benefits package which may include a 401k plan with employer match, flexible paid time off, holidays, parental leaves, life and disability insurance, and health benefits including medical, dental, vision, and prescription drug coverage.
