About the Role:

We're looking for a detail-oriented and proactive

HR Assistant

to support our Human Resources department. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, people-focused, and ready to assist with recruiting, onboarding, record-keeping, and HR compliance efforts. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to grow their career in Human Resources!

Responsibilities: Assist with day-to-day HR operations and administrative tasks Schedule interviews and help coordinate the recruitment process Prepare onboarding documents and conduct new hire orientations Maintain employee records and HR databases Support benefits enrollment and employee questions Help with payroll processing and timekeeping accuracy Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations Assist with employee engagement activities and internal communications Qualifications:

1-2 years of administrative or HR-related experience preferred Associates or Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience) Strong organizational and multitasking skills Excellent written and verbal communication Proficient with Microsoft Office and HRIS systems (ADP, Paycom, etc. a plus) Discreet with confidential information Pay Details:

$20.00 to $24.00 per hour
