Contract position (W2 contract role) Job Description:
Responsibilities: DBA Engineers will be required to support database setups in an active-active configuration and optimize database performance. Extensive knowledge of Stored Procedures. Ability to split SPs into two and migrating the changes from SQL MI to Azure SQL Minimum of five years of experience in SQL Server performance tuning and optimization Hands-on familiarity working through complex stored procedures and make necessary changes At least five years of experience in logical and physical database modeling, designing database schema, stored procedures, triggers, and other database-related objects Minimum of five years of progressive experience in developing, unit testing, and troubleshooting SQL Server, including SSRS, SSIS, and SSAS (desirable) Advanced knowledge of T-SQL/Stored Procedure/Function programming and design Experience with Azure SQL MI and Azure SQL – migration from SQL MI to Azure SQL Minimum of two years of hands-on experience in Azure Data Factory Make necessary changes to SSIS packages Provide alternative options for cross-database calls.
