Daimler Truck North America The Cyber Security Manager at DTNA is responsible for establishing and maintaining the enterprise vision, strategy, and program to ensure information assets and technologies are adequately protected. The Cyber Security Manager will direct staff in identifying, developing, implementing, and maintaining processes across the enterprise to reduce information and information technology (IT) risks. They will respond to incidents, establish appropriate standards and controls, manage security technologies, and direct the establishment and implementation of policies and procedures. Key Responsibilities: Develop and Implement Security Strategy: Create and execute an information security strategy that aligns with DTNA's business objectives. Risk Management: Identify and assess security risks and develop mitigation strategies. Incident Response and Management: Lead the response to security incidents and breaches, including investigation and remediation. Compliance and Governance: Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards. Security Awareness and Training: Promote a culture of security awareness within the organization. Technology and Innovation: Evaluate and implement new security technologies and solutions. Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of security professionals. Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with other departments to ensure security measures are integrated into all business processes. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, and 8-10 years of relevant experience is required. Extensive experience in information security and risk management. Knowledge of Daimler Truck relevant regulations and protocols, as well as implementation experience in SITS. Strong knowledge of security technologies, standards, and best practices. Deep knowledge of Infrastructure operations and technologies, applications development and standards. Must have in-depth hands-on experience troubleshooting technical issues. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. What We Offer: Starting salary range of $162,000.00 - $207,000.00 USD. Annual variable pay bonus program. Eligible for the use of a company vehicle. 401k company contribution with company match up to 6% as well as non-elective company contribution of 3 - 7% depending on age.
