Data Engineer (Freddie Mac OR Fannie Mae Experience Required)

Job Description The Client is looking for an experienced Data Engineer with strong expertise in Informatica Intelligent Cloud Services (IICS), Snowflake, and AWS. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in designing and implementing scalable data solutions in cloud environments. Prior Client’s project experience is preferred, and PySpark knowledge is a strong plus. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and optimize ETL/ELT pipelines using IICS and Snowflake. Work with AWS cloud services to build and support data integration workflows. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Ensure data quality, performance tuning, and scalability across systems. Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment processes. Provide production support and resolve data integration issues in a timely manner. Contribute to best practices, documentation, and process improvements. Required Skills & Qualifications: Strong hands-on experience with Informatica IICS and Snowflake. Solid knowledge of AWS cloud services (S3, Lambda, Redshift, EC2, etc.). Strong SQL skills for data manipulation and transformation. Experience in designing and implementing complex ETL/ELT workflows. Excellent problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills. Preferred Qualifications: Knowledge of PySpark for large-scale data processing. Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
