Data Engineer/Solutions Architect – Reinsurance - Hybrid Responsibilities
Hands-on experience on MS SQL, data modeling, Azure Data Factory (ADF) and Azure Data Lake Storage (ADLS), Data Bricks and CI/CD as Data lead. Reinsurance domain knowledge is required. Lead and manage high-performing data and analytics teams in a complex multi-national organization. Inspire and attract talent; communicate with clarity and alignment to raise the bar for data and analytics. Drive data and analytics projects to successful delivery with quality, on time and within budget. Establish a clear data strategy and roadmap aligned with business stakeholders\u2019 expectations and translate it into delivery excellence. Collaborate effectively in a flat, lean organization and contribute hands-on when needed. Reinsurance experience is preferred and applicable from the start of the role. Qualifications
Mid-Senior level experience in data engineering and solutions architecture. Strong leadership with a track record of building and managing high-performing teams. Excellent communication and relationship management skills. Deep experience leading data and analytics initiatives within a complex, multinational environment. Proven history of delivering data and analytics projects on time, on budget, with high quality. Technical proficiency with MS SQL, data modeling, Azure Data Factory, Azure Data Lake Storage, Data Bricks, and CI/CD. Reinsurance domain knowledge is preferred. Job Details
