Digital Account Manager . The ideal candidate will develop and implement effective digital strategies to exceed digital budgets and also will support a team of sellers to maximize digital revenue growth in some of our largest and most strategic accounts. As a Digital Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and growing client relationships, ensuring the delivery of high-quality digital campaigns, and driving revenue growth. Additionally, you will provide ongoing performance-based digital strategy, sales support, campaign management, and assistance in presenting multi-channel, tactical digital solutions that include: Performance Digital Marketing Audio Streaming Podcast Advertising Display Advertising Programmatic Strategies Social Media Marketing Online Presence Solutions OTT and Video Advertising Paid Search Engine Marketing Email Marketing You will have the opportunity to use your passion for digital marketing to develop personalized, innovative, full-scope advertising solutions to meet the marketing needs of new and existing clients through the integration of digital products and services focused on our advertisers’ end goals. Key Responsibilities

Work with multiple sales teams across the nation to strategize, plan, build, and present customized digital sales opportunities to high-level prospective advertisers with specific goals. Help guide operations teams to ensure that sold campaigns are executed and fulfilled with a high level of precision and performance to meet the client’s expectations on costs and KPIs. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as their primary point of contact for all digital marketing needs. Develop and execute digital marketing strategies that align with client goals and objectives. Manage the organization, execution, and delivery of digital campaigns, ensuring they are executed on time, within budget, and to the highest standard. Collaborate with internal teams to develop creative strategies and innovative solutions that meet client needs and goals. Monitor campaign performance and provide regular reports to clients, highlighting successes and areas for improvement. Analyze and translate campaign performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for optimization to meet client goals. Oversee ongoing internal reporting and account trackers to provide details about account health, timelines, growth opportunities, monthly billing, etc. Lead proposal development (including media plan build-out and client/industry research), ongoing monthly reporting, and quarterly business reviews. Identify opportunities for revenue growth and work with clients to develop new projects and campaign renewals toward a shared revenue goal. Support strategic agency projects as needed (onboarding new platforms, researching new products/partners, or setting up new offerings in planning tools). Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices, sharing insights with clients and internal teams. Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field highly preferred. 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on account management. Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to prioritize and solve client issues successfully. Self-motivated and task-oriented for complex and fast-paced projects. Time management and organizational skills with high attention to detail. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Team player with the ability to work cross-functionally with internal teams and external clients. Knowledge of digital marketing channels, including SEO, PPC, social media, and email marketing. Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, AdWords, and Facebook Ads Manager. Pay Range USD $90,000.00 - USD $125,000.00 /Yr. What We Offer
