Overview

Senior Enterprise Project Manager at BECU leads strategic, enterprise-level projects spanning technology and business functions. You will guide delivery of high-impact initiatives, align stakeholders, and drive measurable outcomes that support members and the credit union’s mission. Base pay range: $97,400.00/yr - $181,800.00/yr. The target pay range for this position is $125,700.00-$153,600.00 annually. Compensation decisions are based on relevant skills, experience, and education or training. In addition to salary, incentives are available and are performance-based with targets varying by role. What You’ll Do

Lead Strategic Projects: Own end-to-end delivery of enterprise-level projects—from planning through execution to closure—ensuring alignment with business goals and measurable outcomes. Deliver digital solutions that improve members’ financial well-being and institutionalize enhanced approaches, tools, and processes to accelerate and de-risk product development and delivery. Champion Agile and Traditional Methods: Apply Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies to fit initiative needs while keeping teams productive. Define Vision & Value: Collaborate with stakeholders to define business outcomes, scope, and success measures and maintain focus on them throughout delivery. Orchestrate Teams & Resources: Build and manage work plans, schedules, and timelines across complex, multi-disciplinary efforts, balancing priorities and capacity. Drive Transparent Communication: Maintain project governance, facilitate product committee meetings, and provide timely, clear reporting with standard PM and agile dashboards. Navigate Risk: Identify roadblocks and dependencies, remove barriers, and document decisions and lessons learned. Manage Budgets: Create and track budgets, monitor actuals vs. forecast, review vendor invoices, and ensure financial accountability. Engage Vendors: Review contracts and statements of work, and lead relationships with external partners to ensure quality outcomes. Mentor Others: Coach associate PMs and team members to grow skills and impact. Continuously Improve Delivery: Contribute to evolving the EPMO with process improvements and a culture of excellence. Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in business, computer science, or equivalent experience. At least 7 years of experience leading projects or in a project management role. Experience managing technology and enterprise-wide projects. Experience leading cross-functional teams with both Agile and Waterfall methods. Experience mentoring, providing feedback, and following through on initiatives. Experience planning, organizing, scheduling, and implementing multiple technical and business projects. Experience with project management tools (e.g., MS Project) and teaching others to use them. Desired Qualifications

Advanced degree (MBA, PM, Finance, Information Systems, etc.). Professional PM certifications (PMP, CAPM, etc.) and Agile certifications (CSM, PMP-Agile) preferred. Strong conceptual thinking, organizational planning, analytical reasoning, and critical evaluation. Experience in financial services or banking. Experience managing projects within core banking operations (collections, system implementations, upgrades, integrations). Experience with Azure DevOps, metrics dashboards, and wiki tools.
