Overview
The Operations Systems Senior Engineer will be a primary point of contact to the design, development and delivery of concurrent Directory Services requests or projects. Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Contribute to design and implementation of risk mitigation and system hardening controls related to migration of Active Directory domains. Lead the delivery and support of Directory Services platforms, from intake to design, delivery, and support. Escalation point for admins on the Directory Services team. Support admins on complex issue resolution and help automate routine tasks performed by the Directory Services admins and other teams. Responsible for helping to design and maintain engineering roadmaps and priorities for the Directory Services team. Manage timelines and deliverables for engineering priorities as defined in the engineering roadmaps. Support the management of pilot or POC initiatives as approved by ARB. Active participation and contribution in Engineering forums such as subcommittees, engineering meetings, new technology meetings, and steering committees. Other engineering duties as assigned. Position will be required to participate in Directory Services team on call rotation. Education and Experience
Required 5+ years' experience in a Windows System Admin role. Advanced knowledge of Active Directory. 2+ years' experience in an Engineering capacity in the Directory Services/DevOps space developing and automating workflows for identity management. PowerShell expertise is required. Advanced knowledge of cloud identity synchronization (AWS, GCP, etc), GCP preferred. Working knowledge of cloud-based infrastructure such as GCP, Azure, or AWS required; knowledge of GCP preferred. Knowledge of API integrations. Demonstrated ability to develop integrations between applications leveraging existing APIs is required. Proven experience deploying and managing Active Directory migration platforms and assisting teams with migration project utilization. 5+ years' experience working with cross functional technical and project teams on the development and delivery of IT solutions. Ability to communicate effectively between Business Owners, Project Managers (PMs) and Operations Teams. Preferred Experience with Workflow Automation is preferred. Understanding of incident, request, problem, and change management. Travel and Time Requirements

The Salary Range for the role is $100,100.00-$147,000.00 per year. If a candidate is hired, they will be paid at least the minimum wage according to their geographical jurisdiction and the exemption status for the position.
