We are looking for an experienced IT Program Manager to join our technology-based program supporting a key functional program area providing full lifecycle engineering support for systems monitoring and applications management services that provide systems alerts, including monitoring for enterprise system performance and availability and providing guidance and engineering for upgrades, systems modifications, and updates. The functional area also provides operational support for applications deployed across the sponsor's enterprise, including release management, configuration management, and data analysis. This is a fast-paced, challenging, and career-rewarding role on one of the most complex and high-profile programs within the government. Responsibilities

Lead and manage an IT program with full lifecycle engineering support for systems monitoring and applications management services, including alerting and performance monitoring for enterprise systems. Provide guidance and engineering for upgrades, system modifications, and updates; support release management and configuration management across applications. Coordinate data analysis and operational support for applications deployed across the sponsor's enterprise. Monitor multiple projects, identify risks, communicate effectively to customers, stakeholders, and project teams, and drive mitigation strategies. Facilitate cross-functional collaboration and contribute to the development of a Lean/Agile environment within the IT organization. Qualifications

Minimum of 16 years of experience with a Bachelor's or Master’s Degree. Professional certification in Project Management Professional (PMI PMP), Agile Certified Practitioner (ACP), or Leadership Coaching. Proven experience as a Lean/Agile coach and leadership coach in an IT organization spanning Architecture, Infrastructure Engineering, Operations, Software Development, Security, and Close Support. Experience coaching and facilitating team-building and leadership offsite events; Enterprise Scrum Master experience using Lean/Agile methodologies, setting up Jira projects, and facilitating division-level sprint planning. Ability to monitor multiple projects, identify risks, and communicate effectively to customers, stakeholders, and project teams; outstanding communication skills for articulating complex issues to various audiences. Experience leading enterprise-level projects using a Project Management Framework (PMF) or Lean/Agile; ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, priorities, and mitigation strategies. Experience leading infrastructure engineering projects using Agile methodology and recommending changes for project success. Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills

Certifications such as Agile, ITIL, or other related credentials. Knowledge of quality processes including ISO, Six Sigma, CMMI. Understanding of the full software/system development life cycle and emerging technologies. Experience creating and managing a shared pool of internal and subcontract resources; experience working with the government. Pay Information

Full-Time Salary Range: $146,670 - $249,330 Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. Individual salaries are determined by factors including business considerations, local market conditions, internal equity, and candidate qualifications such as skills, education, and experience.
