We are seeking an experienced
CyberArk Administrator
responsible for the
full administration and lifecycle management
of the CyberArk Privileged Access Management (PAM) solution. This role is critical in protecting and managing privileged accounts across the enterprise, ensuring compliance, security best practices, and operational excellence. Key Responsibilities
Full administration of CyberArk PAM suite, including:
Privileged Access Security (PAS) Central Policy Manager (CPM) Password Vault Web Access (PVWA) Privileged Session Manager (PSM) Vault and DR Vault
Implement, configure, and maintain CyberArk components and integrations across on-prem and cloud environments. Onboard, manage, and monitor privileged accounts for infrastructure, applications, and services. Manage and troubleshoot CyberArk issues, incidents, and service requests. Regularly review and update policies, access controls, and safe structures. Perform vault backup, restoration, disaster recovery testing, and version upgrades. Collaborate with internal teams (Security, IAM, DevOps, Infrastructure) to integrate CyberArk with enterprise systems (e.g., LDAP, SIEM, ticketing systems). Monitor logs, reports, and alerts for anomalies or unauthorized activities. Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulatory standards (IM8). Develop and maintain documentation, SOPs, and diagrams for configurations and processes. Train and support internal stakeholders in CyberArk usage and best practices. Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field (or equivalent experience) 3 plus years of hands-on experience
administering CyberArk in a large enterprise environment. In-depth knowledge of PAM principles, credential management, and privileged session recording. Experience with CyberArk APIs and automation/scripting (PowerShell, REST API) Understanding of Active Directory, LDAP, and Kerberos authentication mechanisms. Familiarity with ITSM tools (e.g., ServiceNow) CyberArk certification (e.g., Defender, Sentry, or Guardian) is a
strong plus. CISSP, CISM, or other security-related certifications. Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills. Excellent communication and documentation abilities.
