Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise Responsibilities

Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and responding appropriately during emergencies. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner. Conduct regular and random armed patrols throughout the retail location and its perimeter to deter unwanted activity. Monitor entrances, exits, and public areas to deter theft, vandalism, and other unwanted behaviors. Maintain a visible presence to deter disturbances and offer assistance to customers and staff as needed. Document incidents and activities according to company and client protocols. Collaborate with law enforcement and emergency responders when required. Follow all company protocols and procedures as an armed security professional representing Allied Universal. What We’re Looking For

Availability across various days and shifts Reliability and ability to adapt to different post assignments A desire to gain broad experience and grow within the company Interest in transitioning into full-time roles when available Minimum Requirements

Must possess a valid Armed Guard Card or license. Must be at least 21 years of age. Must hold a valid Level III Armed Certification for Texas roles. CPR certification is preferred. A valid driver’s license is required and must meet Allied Universal driver policy requirements for driving positions. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law. Participate in industry-specific security-related training programs.
