Lead data analytics projects in the P&C insurance domain, focusing on areas such as Policy Administration, Billing, Claims, and Reinsurance. Apply analytics across data lakes, warehouses, marts, and cubes; develop use cases including actuarial triangles, regulatory dashboards, and KPI tracking. Work on policy administration data components: product models, customer attributes, risk factors; coordinate integrations with CRM, payment gateways, and general ledger. Manage Billing: full cycle from installation schedules to payment modes and commission disbursement; integrate with ERP and financial reporting tools. Support Claims: intake, triage, segmentation, loss assessment, and settlement; leverage NLP, OCR, ML for fraud detection and predictive analytics; use tools such as ClaimCenter, RPA bots, and virtual chatbots. Engage in Reinsurance with strong functional exposure; contribute to data and analytics initiatives across the ecosystem. Provide reporting, compliance, and operational insights; troubleshoot data lineage; work with data components including data lakes, warehouses, marts, and cubes. Integrate core systems with third-party services and internal platforms; work with APIs for external data sources; exposure to platforms such as Unqork, Outsystems, SmartCM, and ServiceNow. Qualifications
Minimum 5+ years of experience in the P&C insurance domain with a focus on data analytics projects. Minimum 5+ years of experience with P&C insurance products, policy administration, billing, underwriting, claims, and regulatory requirements.
