As a Security Professional - Financial Site Patrol in Asheville, NC, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Financial Institutions, and more.
As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal in a prominent financial institution setting, you will play a vital role in maintaining a secure environment for clients, employees, and visitors. Your primary responsibilities will include conducting routine patrols throughout the location, remaining highly visible to help deter security-related incidents, and providing exceptional customer service through professional and courteous interactions.

Position Details
Position Type: Full Time Pay Rate: $24.00 / Hour Job Schedule: Wed: 07:00 PM - 07:00 AM Fri: 07:00 AM - 07:00 PM Sat: 07:00 AM - 07:00 PM Sun: 07:00 AM - 07:00 PM Responsibilities
Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and/or emergency response activities as needed. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner. Conduct regular and random patrols around the location and its perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and identify potential concerns. Observe and report any unusual or suspicious activity in and around the financial institution. Assist visitors and employees with inquiries and directions as appropriate while maintaining a professional presence. Work closely with Allied Universal management and local law enforcement when required. Maintain detailed and accurate written reports of daily activities and incidents encountered during patrols. Requirements
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law. Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment. A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
