What to Expect
Develop and execute sales strategies to foster business growth within assigned territories
Identify new business opportunities and build relationships with contractors, architects, and facility managers
Provide technical expertise to customers and resolve product-related questions and issues
Conduct product demonstrations and site visits to assess technical requirements for flooring solutions
Maintain customer information and sales activities in the CRM system
What is Required
High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree or related field preferred
Minimum of 3-7 years of industry experience, focusing on technical products within the flooring or coatings industry
Strong understanding of resinous flooring systems and coatings
Proven ability to lead strategic initiatives and foster customer relationships
Willingness to travel up to 50% to support business objectives
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience with Totalworx flooring accessories and systems
Familiarity with technical specifications, data sheets, and industry standards
Previous experience conducting training sessions for customers
Ability to navigate ambiguity and demonstrate learning agility
Strong problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment
