Under the administrative direction of the CMIPS and Systems Enhancements Branch (CSEB) Branch Chief, the
SSM II
serves as the Bureau Chief of the Communications, Operations and Data Analysis (CODA) Bureau. The SSM II is responsible for supervising the Customer Relations and Communication Unit (CRDU), Research and Data Analysis Unit (RDAU) and the Operations Unit. It is critical that the Bureau Chief work in close coordination and follow clear directions from the Branch Chief to achieve CDSS goals and objectives.
