Overview The Senior Analyst, Business Continuity & Third-Party Risk plays a critical role in advancing DaVita's enterprise resilience strategy. The Senior Analyst partners with cross-function leaders to ensure organizational preparedness, response, and recovery capabilities are robust, scalable, and aligned with enterprise risk management (ERM) objectives.

Responsibilities

Lead and support key initiatives across Business Continuity, Enterprise Risk Management, and Third-Party Risk Management programs

Drive the execution of Business Impact Analyses (BIAs): engage with business leaders to assess critical processes, recovery time objectives (RTOs), and interdependencies

Administer and optimize the business continuity planning platform: manage user access, ensure data integrity, and oversee issue resolution

Analyze continuity and risk data to identify trends, vulnerability, and opportunities for mitigation; develop actionable insights and strategic recommendations

Develop and maintain enterprise-wide business continuity and disaster recovery plans, ensuring alignment with regulatory standards and organizational priorities

Escalate unresolved risks and gaps to leadership with clear documentation and follow-up strategies

Design and facilitate business continuity exercises and tabletop simulations, including scenario planning, logistics, facilitation, and after-action reporting

Collaborate with IT, Legal, Compliance, and Operations to ensure continuity plans are integrated and compliant with internal and external requirements

Conduct third-party risk assessments, evaluating vendor resilience capabilities and documenting findings

Create and deliver executive-level dashboards, reports, and presentations using PowerPoint and data visualization tools

Provide project management and administrative support for enterprise risk initiatives, including meeting coordination, documentation, and reporting

Stay current on industry best practices, emerging risks, and regulatory changes impacting business continuity and operational resilience

Performs other duties as requested or assigned

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree or certification in risk management, business continuity, or related field preferred

Proven experience in business continuity, risk management, or operational resilience roles

Strong analytical and critical thinking skills; ability to synthesize complex data into clear, actionable insights

Proficiency in data visualization and presentation development (PowerPoint, Tableau, or similar tools)

Advanced in Excel and database management skills

Familiarity with process mapping, risk management methodologies, and regulatory compliance frameworks

Knowledge of ISO standards related to business continuity and operational resilience (e.g., ISO 22310)

Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment

Interest in leveraging Artificial Intelligence (AI) and emerging technologies in risk and continuity planning

The Salary Range for the role is $68,000.00-$100,000.00 per year.
