Design, troubleshoot and optimize Electrical Submersible Pump (ESP) systems. Work closely with sales and operations to develop an operational year plan for assigned customers. Suggest improvements in products, processes, and procedures. Provide technical guidance and support to create solutions for customers. Collaborate with senior leadership stakeholders to specify needs, communicate about current and future projects, and present outcomes of research. Handle latitude in project techniques and choose appropriate approaches based on technical know-how. Manage diverse clients in a region according to predefined contracts and frameworks. Qualifications

Bachelor\'s degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with at least 4 years of relevant experience). Minimum of 3 years of experience in Artificial Lift, ESP systems Technical Support. Ability to lead and coordinate several projects simultaneously. Team player with ability to work independently and strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Work Schedule
