Principal Architect – CX (Customer Experience)

Responsibilities

18+ years of experience in IT with at least 5 years in a CX/CRM architecture leadership role. Proven experience with Oracle CPQ Cloud implementation in a global, multi-ERP environment. Deep understanding of customer journey mapping, Quote-to-Cash processes, and partner channel enablement. Hands-on knowledge of Oracle CPQ, Oracle Sales Cloud, PRM, and Microsoft D365 with ERP systems like Oracle Fusion Cloud, EBS, JDE etc. Experience with enterprise integration tools (e.g., Oracle Integration Cloud, MuleSoft, Azure Logic Apps) and API-led integration. Strong knowledge of CX data models, customer master data, and quote-to-order workflows. Exposure to eCommerce platforms like Magento is a plus Ability to evaluate and guide system customizations, extensions, and integrations. Strong communication, stakeholder management, and vendor management skills. Qualifications
