We're seeking an experienced Infrastructure Operations Engineer to join a high-impact team responsible for managing Apple endpoints across a global enterprise. This role plays a critical part in ensuring seamless device provisioning, security compliance, and application deployment for a user base of approximately 3,000 employees. The ideal candidate will bring deep macOS expertise, hands-on JAMF Pro experience, and a passion for delivering exceptional end-user support.

As a key member of the infrastructure team, you'll administer JAMF Pro, oversee the full lifecycle of Apple devices, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain a secure and efficient environment. You'll also engage directly with business stakeholders-including C-level executives-to ensure technology solutions align with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Administer and maintain JAMF Pro, including device policies, profiles, and configurations Manage Apple device lifecycle: enrollment, provisioning, compliance, and retirement Deploy and maintain macOS/iOS applications via JAMF and App Store Provide Tier 2/3 support for Mac clients, resolving issues with minimal disruption Ensure endpoint compliance with security policies and perform patch management Generate reports on hardware/software inventory, usage, and compliance metrics Collaborate with IT teams and business stakeholders to align technology with business needs Key Requirements: 3-7+ years of experience supporting macOS workstation management in enterprise environments Proven expertise in JAMF Pro administration, including software deployment and device policies Familiarity with macOS interoperability tools (Active Directory, LDAP, Kerberos) Strong troubleshooting skills across networking, printing, and security integration Understanding of ITIL processes and enterprise support models Experience managing iOS/iPadOS devices via JAMF (preferred) Scripting proficiency in Bash, Python, or PowerShell (preferred) Exposure to enterprise security tools such as CrowdStrike or BeyondTrust (preferred) Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in fast-paced, customer-facing environments
