RESPONSIBILITIES:

The Senior Engineer will be responsible for enhancing the efficiency and reliability for more complex software delivery pipelines. This role c
Collaborates closely with development, operations, and security teams to ensure scalable and secure deployment processes while driving continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) practices Designing and implementing infrastructure as code (IaC), automating complex workflows, and improving system reliability Building a resilient and scalable cloud infrastructure, monitoring performance, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring that our production environment is optimized for high availability and security Plays a crucial role in maintaining seamless development operations, improving system observability, and fostering a DevOps culture that embraces automation and collaboration across cross-functional teams Provides guidance on DevOps to more junior engineers
REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred 5+ years of experience in Cloud Platforms & Infrastructure (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform) including designing, deploying and managing cloud infrastructure at scale using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) technologies 5+ years of experience with scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or PowerShell to automate system processes, configuration management, and monitoring tasks 3+ years of experience with containerization & orchestration technologies, particularly Docker and Kubernetes Experience with automating workflows and infrastructure operations through tools like Ansible, Puppet, or Chef
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
Note: Pay is not considered compensation until it is earned, vested and determinable. The amount and availability of any compensation remains in Kforce's sole discretion unless and until paid and may be modified in its discretion consistent with the law.
