We are looking for a Security & Infrastructure Project Manager who will help build out & develop best in class work and work on innovative projects for the business.

Job Summary We are seeking a PMP-certified Security & Infrastructure Project Manager to lead and coordinate complex IT projects focused on cybersecurity, network architecture, data center modernization, and cloud/hybrid infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have a proven background managing cross-functional teams, vendors, and stakeholders in high-stakes environments. Experience with risk management, security frameworks (NIST, ISO 27001), and infrastructure programs (cloud migrations, server upgrades, firewall deployments) is essential.

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end planning and delivery of security and infrastructure projects across on-prem, hybrid, and cloud environments (AWS, Azure, etc.)

Oversee multiple concurrent projects, including network upgrades, identity/access management implementations, patching automation, and endpoint security deployments.

Drive project lifecycle in alignment with PMP/PMBOK standards, ensuring clear scope, timelines, budgets, and stakeholder alignment.

Collaborate with InfoSec, network, and cloud engineering teams to meet project goals and compliance mandates.

Manage vendor contracts, RFPs, SOWs, and ensure third-party deliverables are tracked and validated.

Conduct project risk assessments, track KPIs, and report project health/status to executive leadership.

Coordinate change management, UAT, and cutover activities during infrastructure rollouts and system hardening initiatives.

Ensure alignment with security governance policies, including adherence to NIST, CIS Benchmarks, ISO 27001, and company-specific compliance standards.

Maintain documentation, RAID logs, project plans, and ensure audit readiness for infrastructure/security implementations.

Required Qualifications

7+ years of IT project management experience, with 3+ years in security and infrastructure project leadership

Experience managing projects involving: Network/firewall design and segmentation

Security operations (SIEM, vulnerability management, endpoint protection)

Cloud infrastructure (Azure, AWS, or GCP)

Data center migrations or server upgrades

Solid understanding of security compliance frameworks (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001, SOC 2, HIPAA, or FedRAMP)

Familiarity with infrastructure tools and concepts (VPN, VPCs, IAM, DNS, patching, AD/AAD, logging/monitoring)

Strong communication, documentation, and cross-team coordination skills

Preferred Qualifications

Agile or SAFe certification (e.g., CSM, PMI-ACP)

ITIL Foundation or relevant service management experience

Background in working with MSPs, cloud providers, or outsourced infrastructure/security teams.

Experience with tools like ServiceNow, Jira, Confluence, MS Project, or Smartsheet

Knowledge of Zero Trust Architecture and modern security principles
