The Salesforce Solutions Architect is responsible for designing and governing end-to-end Salesforce solutions within Corporate Systems Sales Technology. This role ensures that Salesforce capabilities - spanning Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Platform - are architected for scalability, security, and alignment with enterprise standards. Partner with other architects in Sales Tech, product owners, and development teams to deliver integrated, business-driven solutions that support strategic objectives. Translate complex technical concepts into business value; understand integration patterns and data governance; ensure compliance, operational excellence, and future-ready designs. Ensure solutions enable innovation and efficiency across the enterprise. Key Responsibilities

Solution Architecture: Design and document end-to-end Salesforce solutions (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Platform) meeting business and technical requirements. Integration & Data: Define integration patterns (APIs, ETL/ELT, event-driven) and ensure data governance across Salesforce and enterprise systems. Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional groups, architects, developers, and admins to maintain cohesive architecture across CRM, marketing automation, and analytics platforms. Governance & Compliance: Enforce enterprise security, IAM, and development standards; maintain architecture artifacts for transparency and audit readiness. Business Engagement: Translate business objectives into architecture roadmaps and influence prioritization to maximize value and minimize risk. Operational Excellence: Ensure non-functional requirements (performance, scalability, security) and support observability and resiliency. Mentorship: Provide technical guidance to delivery teams and promote best practices for Salesforce development and integration. Required Qualifications

Minimum of 8 years of experience in enterprise solution design, with at least 5 years focused on Salesforce architecture across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and CPQ/CLM. Deep knowledge of Salesforce platform capabilities, including Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, security/sharing models, and declarative configuration. Proven experience designing and implementing integration patterns using APIs (e.g., MuleSoft), and hands-on data migration and batch integration (ETL/ELT) for large data volumes; experience with tools such as Azure Data Factory, CData Sync, Talend; Salesforce Bulk API/Data Loader; cutover/rollback planning; data quality and error-handling controls. Strong understanding of data modeling, data governance, and compliance within Salesforce and integrated systems. Knowledge of identity and access management, SSO, and enterprise security standards. Ability to translate complex technical concepts into business value and influence stakeholders at multiple levels. Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to collaborate across technical and business teams. Salesforce certifications such as Application Architect, System Architect, Integration Architect, Sharing & Visibility Architect, and Platform Developer II. Familiarity with applying AI/ML capabilities within the Salesforce ecosystem to enhance business processes and user experience. Experience in enterprise CRM consolidation initiatives and adjacent platforms (marketing automation, compensation management, partner portals) including data migration and integration streams. Familiarity with downstream analytics and enterprise data platforms, including batch and streaming integrations into centralized data ecosystems. Experience with enterprise delivery standards and release/change management in regulated environments. Mentorship responsibilities may include guiding team members and supporting professional growth, even if the role has no direct people management accountability. Employment type
