Responsibilities Include:

Monitor daily operations of the supply chain, from raw materials to finished goods

Implement processes and best practices in procurement, inventory management, and logistics

Continuously evaluate and improve supply chain processes and systems to drive efficiency

Assist in demand planning by collaborating with sales, marketing, and production teams to create accurate forecasts

Manage raw materials and inventory levels to maintain optimal stock and timely replenishment

Work with suppliers, manufacturers, and logistics providers to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of materials

Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards in supply chain management

Review purchase order requests, vendor/supplier quotes, and invoices for accuracy and completeness

Manage open orders and communicate any lead time changes to internal stakeholders

Other responsibilities as assigned

A Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field is required. Equivalent experience is also acceptable

A minimum of 5 years of supply chain, logistics, and/or purchasing experience is preferred

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential, with the ability to make data-driven decisions

The ability to read and understand technical specifications, purchase orders, invoices, and terms and conditions is required

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and NetSuite is required

Excellent written and oral communication skills are necessary

Knowledge of supply chain standards and best practices is required

No significant travel is expected for this role, however, certain trips to vendors or manufacturing suppliers may be required on occasion. (Travel
