Responsibilities include: designing, developing, documenting, testing and debugging software APIs and applications within the Service Recovery environment; supervising IT development and maintenance projects and mentoring team members; designing and developing cloud-native applications, features, and enhancements with clean, efficient, and well-documented code for the full technology stack; recommending upgrades for existing systems; ensuring continued functionality during maintenance and testing; collaborating with infrastructure, support, and other software engineering teams; interpreting traces from multiple platforms during testing to diagnose issues; supporting Delta’s Flight Availability Calculator using knowledge of the airline industry. Telecommuting is permitted up to 50% of the time. Note: All content reflects the information provided in the original job description. Minimum Qualifications

Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Management Information Systems, or related field and 2 years of information technology experience. Experience writing scripts for automation using REST-assured API testing with Core Java. Experience using SQL for data source management. Experience with DevOps and automation tools: Dynatrace, CloudWatch, and AWS monitoring. Experience building forecasts about project budgets and evaluating costs of future modernization initiatives. Understanding of Availability, Inventory, and Sell applications used in the airline industry. Preferred Qualifications
