Job responsibilities
Defines and leads the engineering approach for complex features to deliver significant business outcomes.
Delivers complex features and technology, enables development efficiencies, provides technical thought leadership, and applies depth and breadth in several technical competencies.
Accountable for end-to-end solution design and delivery.
Defines the technology tool stack for the solution and evaluates/adapts new testing tools, frameworks, and practices for teams.
Enables CI/CD capabilities and collaborates with stakeholders to ensure efficient CI/CD pipelines.
Guides and influences teams on design and best practices for high code performance (e.g., pairing, code reviews).
Delivers end-to-end complex features for one or multiple teams at the program level, including automation.
Performs research, design prototyping, and exploration activities such as evaluating new toolsets and components for release management, CI/CD, and features.
Collaborates with stakeholders to establish high-level solution needs and with architects for technical requirements.
Required Qualifications
10+ years of experience as an architect or development lead in a complex financial industry data environment.
Extensive experience in a complex workflow automation and a strong understanding of Banking.
Strong proven experience in workflow / Case Management solutions using Pega.
Proven experience in handling medium to large Pega application development projects with solution design and architecture.
Owns end-to-end solution architecture and design for a portfolio of applications.
Hands-on architecture, design, and development experience with large-scale applications and multiple stakeholders; reusable framework design/development is a plus.
Hands-on architecture, design, and development of microservices patterns and practices.
Strong leadership, communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
Ability to manage day-to-day interactions with a diverse group of colleagues and build trust quickly.
Effectively manage resource allocations to align with budget and track it.
Lead teams to achieve goals through innovation, quality, and excellence; contribute to process improvements and Agile enablement.
Manage and track team compositions and balance within Agile teams regarding resource attrition (Dev).
