This range is representative of base pay only and does not include straight time pay for hours worked over 40 per week, company contributions towards paid benefits, and/or bonuses. Actual compensation (meeting or exceeding the range) will be determined based on specific experience, education, work location, clearance level, and other factors permitted by law. This position is eligible for bonuses (when applicable). Assist in the preparation and review of Price Proposals (including narratives) for Federal opportunities. Build, update, and audit Excel-based pricing sheets with accuracy and compliance. Interpret solicitation requirements and ensure price proposal submissions are tailored to and align with RFP/RFQ instructions. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to validate labor category mappings, rates, and assumptions. Perform data entry, formatting, and analysis in Excel to support Price Proposal development. Provide administrative and analytical support for pricing data calls and proposal submissions. Support additional projects and tasks as needed within the Accounting Department. Qualifications
Required Qualifications: Proficient in Microsoft Excel (formulas such as VLOOKUP, SUMIFS, INDEX, etc.) and familiarity with the Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to problem-solve independently and work with minimal supervision. Assertive, proactive, and able to adapt in a deadline-driven environment that may occasionally require weekday evening support and weekend support. Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and communication skills (both written and oral). Ability to work with and effectively brief internal stakeholders on approved pricing policies. Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related field; or equivalent work experience. Ability to obtain a U.S. secret level security clearance (requires US Citizenship). Preferred: Experience in data analysis, financial modeling, or cost estimating. Exposure to Federal Government contracting or professional services environment. General knowledge of the proposal lifecycle and contract types, including fixed-price, cost, T&M, GSA Schedules, BPA/IDIQs; Commercial and State & Local a plus. General knowledge of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and other contractual regulations relating to proposal pricing a plus. EEO Notice
