Advanced degree (e.g., MBA, MS Finance) Licensed CPA OR CPA Candidate 2+ years of experience in business valuation, preferably within a forensic accounting, valuation, or consulting firm Valuations will be with Small Businesses ($2-4M avg.) Valuation on Market Approach, Income and Asset Based approach Solid knowledge of financial statement analysis, valuation methodologies, and industry research techniques Strong Proficiency in Excel (linking between sheets) Strong analytical skills with a keen attention to detail and the ability to interpret complex financial data Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively communicate valuation findings and interact with clients Interested in hearing more?
