As a CBRE Finance Associate, you will lead projects, implementations, and training sessions of high complexity related to process improvements. This role will support the Financial Strategy and Operations job function. They are responsible for maintaining accounting, financial, and reporting policies and controls for a Banking & Finance client located in Houston, TX. This is a fully onsite role Monday-Friday. About The Role

What You’ll Do Review and present data on transactional activities and functions including vendor invoice processing, lease administration, and cash receipt applications to management. Troubleshoot and resolve inquiries and requests from internal and external customers. Ensure timelines are achieved accurately. Gather and analyze data to identify and solve complex problems that arise with little or no precedent. May recommend new techniques. Impact own team and other teams whose work activities are closely related. Suggest improvements to existing processes and solutions to improve the efficiency of the team. Requirements

What You’ll Need High School Diploma or equivalent experience or GED or equivalent experience with up to 4 years of job-related experience. A comprehensive understanding of a range of processes, procedures, systems, and concepts within own job function is required. Ability to evaluate and communicate unusual and/or complex content in a concise and logical way. In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc. Organizational skills with an advanced inquisitive mentality. Advanced math skills. Ability to calculate advanced figures such as percentages, discounts, and markups. Why CBRE?
