Overview
Senior Recruiter, Talent Acquisition at Publicis Media. Senior Analysts form the foundation of the Analytics team. They pull and arrange data from a multitude of sources to feed business-improving insights, then build thoughtful presentations and reports that bring the story home to our clients. They work closely with their Managers to learn the most efficient and effective ways of wrangling with data and develop skills to become full-fledged story tellers. This position will play a critical role in helping to demonstrate the effectiveness of media performance via analytical methods, from measurement strategy to data collection to analyses to actionable recommendations & optimizations. Base pay range
$80,000.00/yr - $82,000.00/yr Qualifications
B.A. or B.S., preferably in Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, Marketing/Advertising or related field 2+ years of experience working with large data sets or conducting quantitative analysis A strong natural curiosity for analytical problems and data challenges – and the willingness to understand the role of data from strategy to execution to optimization Comfort in working in highly ambiguous, rapidly evolving environments Knowledge of Digital Media, Marketing/Advertising industries highly preferred Experience working with Python, R programming languages, or proven aptitude to learn quickly Experience working with relational databases, SQL, or proven aptitude to learn quickly Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office software such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint, including advanced Excel skills (ability to work with macros, advanced formulas, pivot tables) Ability to service clients, partners and internal stakeholders by understanding needs, translating those needs into creative solutions, and delivering on those solutions with diligence and a sense of urgency Knowledge of digital media metrics (Impressions, Clicks, CTR, CPM, etc.) Knowledge of visualization tools like Tableau and Power BI Knowledge of analytics tools and relational databases (Google Analytics, SQL, MS Access)
