What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Support the Finance organization’s reporting needs across various sub-workstreams including general accounting and payroll cost allocations
Develop, design, and maintain custom reports and dashboards using Workday Report Writer
Collaborate with business and technical teams to deliver transformational reports aligned with Finance goals
Review Workday system upgrades and conduct regression testing to improve processes
Provide technical guidance and become the subject matter expert on reports and dashboards for the Finance organization
What is Required (Qualifications)
Minimum of 5 years of experience in the support and administration of Workday Financials
At least 3 years of experience in Workday Report Writing, including complex calculated fields
Bachelor’s Degree
Strong organizational and project management skills to manage projects with minimal supervision
Excellent interpersonal, written communication, and analytical skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience in engaging with Workday Community to understand technology capabilities
Proven ability to take initiative in identifying problems and implementing change
Familiarity with security dependencies related to Workday modules and data sources
