About The Role
We are seeking an experienced
Tax Manager
to lead tax strategy and compliance efforts across a diverse client base including individuals, businesses, real estate, and high-net-worth clients. This role combines technical expertise, client advisory, and team leadership within a collaborative and values-driven environment.
Responsibilities
Lead and manage tax planning, compliance, and IRS representation Oversee entity structuring, credits, and proactive tax strategies Supervise and mentor staff, ensuring quality and development Collaborate with leadership to provide year-round advisory services Maintain current knowledge of tax law, regulations, and industry practices
Qualifications
CPA required with 5+ years in public accounting or advisory Proven experience in tax planning, entity structuring, and compliance Demonstrated leadership and ability to manage teams and client relationships Strong communication skills and commitment to excellence

Deliver hands-on tax consulting, including IRS audit support and credit advisory Advise on transactions, succession planning, real estate, and multi-state tax issues Lead complex tax projects and second-opinion reviews Collaborate with other business service teams to integrate client strategies Guide and mentor junior staff, ensuring professional development and service quality
Qualifications
CPA with 3-5 years of advanced tax experience Strong background in compliance, planning, and multi-state tax strategy Excellent client-facing and communication skills Ability to manage projects and deliver proactive solutions
