Annual Bonus Job Functions
This position will serve the Tax Team through implementation of tax technology tools and innovation as well as core Federal and State income tax compliance responsibilities. This role will partner with other finance teams to support companywide transformation goals and assist with data analytics projects to improve tax compliance and provision processes. Prepare federal and state income tax returns and support overall tax compliance and quarterly tax provision processes. Identify and lead tax efficiency projects based on experience and issue identification in tax compliance process. Identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and efficiency through tax technology tools. Collaborate with the Finance Transformation Team to communicate tax department considerations and updates on tax transformation initiatives. Serve as a technology resource for the Tax Department and promote adoption of new tools and practices. Qualifications
Undergraduate degree in Accounting, Finance, Technology or related field Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel Proven proficiency with Microsoft Power Query, Alteryx, or similar ETL tool Experience with Microsoft Power BI, Tableau, or similar visualization tool Experience with tax software (Onesource Income Tax, Onesource Tax Provision, etc.) Big Four accounting firm/National Public Accounting experience or experience with a large public company Benefits
