Kubota Tractor Corporation Job Overview This position will be responsible to support and shape the strategic and technical direction of Kubota’s S/4HANA SAP landscape. The position will define and maintain the SAP architecture blueprint aligned with enterprise goal, development of statements of problems, designs systems and programs. The incumbent will be the subject matter expert for the development and support of applications from both a technical and operational aspect providing solutions. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field preferred. 15+ years of SAP experience, including multiple S/4 full-cycle implementations. Deep knowledge of SAP S/4HANA, SAP BTP, and integration tools Expertise in enterprise architecture frameworks (e.g., TOGAF, SAP EA), SAP Frameworks. Strong understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and hybrid landscapes. Excellent communication and leadership skills, especially with executive stakeholders Key Responsibilities Strategic Leadership: Setting the strategic direction for SAP solutions, aligning them with organizational goals and industry standards. Cross-Functional Team Leadership: Leading and managing cross-functional teams to deliver integrated SAP solutions. Guide and mentor solution architects, developers, and functional consultants Solution Design: Designing comprehensive SAP solutions, including architecture blueprints, detailed technical specifications, and integration plans. Define and maintain the SAP architecture roadmap aligned with business goals. Promote adoption of emerging SAP technologies such as AI, automation, and analytics Defining and managing integration strategies for SAP modules to ensure data consistency and seamless integration across functions. Business Process Optimization: Analyzing and enhancing complex business processes, recommending SAP solutions for improved operational efficiency. Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborating with business stakeholders, SAP developers, and technical architects to gather requirements, validate solutions, and ensure alignment with best practices. Performance Optimization: Ensuring the scalability, reliability, and performance of SAP solutions. Documentation and Governance: Creating and maintaining comprehensive documentation of SAP architecture, configurations, and processes. Establish architecture standards, best practices, and ensure compliance across SAP implementations Drive digital transformation initiatives using SAP technologies, including cloud migration and Clean Core principles. Act as a trusted advisor to C-level executives, aligning IT strategy with business objectives. Additional duties assigned by management. Key Skills Deep SAP Expertise: Strong knowledge of SAP S/4HANA and other relevant SAP modules (e.g., MM, SD, PP, FICO, EWM). Cross-Functional Process Knowledge: Understanding of various business processes and their integration within an SAP environment. Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop and implement long-term SAP strategies. Leadership and Communication: Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to diagnose and resolve technical issues. Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in SAP development, configuration, and integration. Physical Requirements Requires sufficient personal mobility and physical reflexes, to permit the employee to function in a general office environment and accomplish tasks and duties as outlined above.
