What is Required
Bachelor's Degree required
4-6 years of banking experience with a focus on BSA/AML compliance and sanctions payment screening
Ability to adhere to federal and state laws, regulations, and guidance related to anti-money laundering
Proficient in documenting findings and preparing reports for management
Strong analytical skills to assess customer accounts and transactions
How to Stand Out
Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist (CAMS) certification preferred
Anti-Money Laundering Certified Associate (AMLCA) certification preferred
