Summary The Telematics Fleet & Asset Senior Manager oversees the implementation, management, and optimization of all fleet and equipment assets across their full lifecycle within the division. This role is critical in improving asset performance, ensuring compliance, and leveraging technologies to drive operational efficiency in a dynamic environment. This role involves coordinating with various departments to ensure seamless integration of telematics technology, fleet management, analyzing data to improve operational efficiency, and maintaining high standards of customer service. The ideal candidate will bring deep experience in asset tracking, rental / fleet operations, and delivery logistics. Candidates located in Boise, ID or near a major airport are strongly preferred to support effective regional collaboration and travel flexibility. Key Responsibilities
Manage and oversee daily operations related to telematics systems, including installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting while ensuring effective communication and collaboration. Analyze telematics data to identify trends, improve fleet performance, and enhance safety measures. Manage, administer and communicate fleet processes and procedures including procedures to eliminate gaps in control. Coordinate with new locations / areas to establish relationships with vendors as necessary. Evaluate, negotiate, and manage relationships with key suppliers, including Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs), technology providers, and Fleet Management Companies (FMCs). Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate telematics solutions with other business processes. Develop and implement execution tactics that align with AgRetail business strategies to optimize telematics usage and improve customer satisfaction. Process intercompany reallocations and any state title and registration changes necessary, process vehicle disposals and final settlement reconciliations, including audit of sold unit reports for leased assets. Conduct audits of rolling stock title and registrations. Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations. Manage relationships with key stakeholders and clients. Typical Education
Bachelor's degree (BA or BS) from 4-year college or university Relevant Experience
