Step back in time at Repeal Speakeasy, a hidden gem inside Tempo by Hilton that blends the mystery of the Prohibition era with exceptional hospitality, classic cocktails, and elevated dining.
With expertly crafted cocktails and elevated cuisine, Repeal is all about delivering a memorable, intimate guest experience.
We're looking for
Servers
who can bring professionalism, warmth, and a touch of vintage charm to each interaction. This is a guest-forward, detail-driven role where hospitality takes center stage.
Experience is preferred, but
HOSPITALITY is required! If you love connecting with guests, know your way around a craft cocktail, and thrive in a dinner-focused environment - we want to hear from you.
What You'll Do: Provide elevated, engaging service from the first greeting to the final farewell Take and serve orders accurately and efficiently with attention to timing and presentation Educate guests on menu offerings, cocktail ingredients, and food pairings Maintain cleanliness and organization of tables, stations, and service areas Handle payments accurately, including room charges when applicable Collaborate with bartenders, hosts, and kitchen team to create a seamless flow of service Uphold all standards of responsible alcohol service and health/safety compliance Requirements:
2+ years of experience as a server in upscale or cocktail-focused environments Strong knowledge of food, wine, and craft cocktails preferred Ability to deliver polished, personable, and intuitive service Familiarity with POS systems and tableside order-taking Availability to work
evenings only , including late nights on weekends and holidays Ability to multitask while maintaining attention to detail and guest experience Professional appearance and demeanor in line with the Repeal vibe Now hiring: Full time and Part time
