$70 - $75/hour. Employee benefits include health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location). Key Responsibilities:
Prepare mutual fund shareholder annual and semi-annual reports. Maintain financial reporting schedules such as Fund Financial Statement, Schedule of Investment, and Shareholding Reporting. Assist in preparing other financial reporting deliverables including Form N-MFP3, Form PF, Form CPO-PQR, 24f-2 SEC filings, Prospectus, and SAI information. Research and resolve moderately complex problems. Support team in all aspects of deliverables. Develop and maintain procedures for all team deliverables. Key Requirements and Technology Experience:
Skills: Fund Accounting, Fund Financial Reporting, SEC Regulatory Compliance. Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required. Strong accounting knowledge and attention to detail. Experience in mutual fund accounting or reporting preferred. Ability to understand and utilize complex procedures with minimal guidance. Strong organizational and coordination skills. Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects. Proficiency in Excel and Word; Outlook is a plus. Excellent written and oral communication skills.
