Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Handle all material flow, pull tickets, etc.
Fill spare time in various departments when needed, working with simple assemblies and wiring (training will be provided)
Verify correct Part Numbers (P/N) vs packing slips, pull tickets, and check parts into the bills of material
Order all shop supplies, including fittings, electrical supplies, raw stock, paint, etc.
Hand out all Job materials to the shop personnel. Re-verifying the correct P/N and quantity
Handle all material discrepancies (Non-conformances)
Dispose of all material left over from jobs, via in-slip to inventory, return for credit, etc.
Make pick-ups and deliveries as needed.
Assist the warehouse with problem-solving and picking as needed
Respond to warehouse emails as needed
Make tags for jobs on the engraving machine and the Phoenix printer
Keep a clean and organized work area
Expedite orders as required
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
