Associate Job Summary
As an Associate, you will be responsible for assisting with daily operations and delivering exceptional customer experiences. You’ll have the ability to shape the store’s success and contribute to our company’s growth. Why Join Us?

Customer Experience: Create an exceptional shopping experience by addressing customer needs, resolving issues, and maintaining high standards of service. Sales & Performance: Drive store sales and profitability through merchandise management, promotions, and achieving sales targets. Operational Excellence: Participate in daily operations including inventory management, visual merchandising, shipment workflow, order fulfillment, and store maintenance; ensure compliance with policies and safety regulations. Team Collaboration: Work with team members to achieve store sales and operational goals; adhere to store policies and procedures. Additional duties and projects as required. Qualifications
Experience: Proven experience in retail or similar roles with a track record of achieving sales targets preferred. Customer-Centric: Passion for delivering outstanding customer service and creating memorable shopping experiences. Communication & Collaboration: Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks; positive attitude and reliability. Flexibility: Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed. Tech-Savvy: Basic math skills and familiarity with POS systems. Minimum Requirements
Weekly availability including mornings, days, and nights based on business needs. Availability to work on weekends and holidays as required. Consistent punctuality and regular attendance in line with company policies. Clear spoken English to communicate with customers. Proficiency in reading, writing, and basic math in English to handle business tasks and understand sales reports. Physical Demands
Prolonged standing for extended periods (approximately four to 14 hours per day). Stooping, kneeling, reaching, and pulling to stock merchandise. May be required to climb ladders or ascend/descend stairs to stock or obtain merchandise. Lift items weighing 5–25 lbs regularly; weights may be higher in certain circumstances. Good vision, including color differentiation. Moderately noisy retail environment. Note: The minimum requirements and physical demands described are representative of those needed to perform essential functions.
