Financial Solutions Advisor - Seattle North Area is a position at Bank of America. The base pay range is $70,000.00/yr - $80,000.00/yr. This role is in-office with role-specific attendance requirements and some flexibility. The work schedule typically Monday–Friday with open availability and some Saturdays. This job involves providing comprehensive financial advice and customized solutions to clients to help them achieve their financial goals. The role includes triaging client leads, referring to business partners based on client needs and asset thresholds, meeting with clients to review financial and investment goals, building a financial plan, and recommending brokerage products. The position requires completing required licenses and trainings and is subject to SAFE Act registration requirements for residential loan mortgage originations. Responsibilities

Work with clients to plan short- and long-term financial goals by building a financial plan with brokerage products (stocks, bonds, mutual funds, annuities, and banking/money management solutions). Recommend banking and investment strategies aligned with client goals and needs. Triages client requests and makes referrals to appropriate internal service providers based on client needs and asset thresholds. Mitigate and control risk as part of daily activities. Identify and engage potential new clients through referrals or existing clientele. Provide coaching and feedback to referral partners based on client needs and potential product services. Required Qualifications

Currently holds Series 7 & 66 licenses (63 & 65 in lieu of 66 accepted). If 66 is not held, an offer may be extended with condition of passing the missing series within 60 days. At least one year of experience in the investments industry, including investment training and knowledge of investment products and services. At least one year of experience in financial services and/or a sales environment with goals met or exceeded. Strong goal setting, relationship building, collaboration, and effective communication with clients. Ability to manage goals, navigate complexity, prioritize tasks, and operate in a fast-paced environment. Willingness to learn, adapt to new information, and seek appropriate solutions for clients. Strong time management and regulatory due diligence in daily activities and long-term client strategies. Desired Qualifications

Mandarin strongly desired (contingent upon location). Strong computer skills and ability to multitask in a demanding environment. Three+ years of experience in financial services and/or sales with demonstrated goal attainment. Additional professional designations such as CFP and/or CRPC. Insurance licenses. Skills
