Job Description
We are seeking a highly detail-oriented IT Asset Management Specialist to join our team at Texas Scottish Rite Hospital. This role is critical in ensuring the integrity and accuracy of our IT environment by managing assets throughout their entire lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain a comprehensive inventory of all IT assets and ensure accurate tracking from acquisition to retirement. Update and manage tools and systems as needed to support asset management processes. Utilize and support platforms such as Microsoft Intune, CASE, and ServiceNow for device and service management. Implement and follow structured processes for asset control, ensuring compliance with organizational standards. Collaborate with internal teams while working independently to resolve issues without frequent escalation. Requirements:
Strong attention to detail and ability to account for all components within the IT environment. Proven experience with Intune, CASE, and ServiceNow. Excellent organizational skills and a process-driven mindset for managing assets from start to finish. Ability to work primarily onsite in Dallas (minimal travel to Frisco, if any). Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work independently and avoid unnecessary disruptions to leadership. Preferred Qualities:
Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of maintaining accountability without constant supervision. Demonstrated ability to adapt to evolving processes and tools.
